Payment Policy

Victoria’s Bliss uses secure payment providers to process online orders. The payment methods available to you are the methods shown at checkout and can vary by country, currency, device and provider availability.

1. Price and currency

Product prices, discounts, shipping charges and any tax collected by Victoria’s Bliss are displayed before you confirm payment. The store’s base currency is euro. If checkout displays another currency, the displayed amount and the payment provider’s terms apply. Your card issuer or bank may charge a currency-conversion or international transaction fee; Victoria’s Bliss does not control those charges.

2. Payment authorisation

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information is correct. An order is not accepted until payment is successfully authorised and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if payment fails, information cannot be verified or fraud checks indicate a material risk.

3. Payment security

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Victoria’s Bliss does not receive or store your complete card number or security code. Payment providers process information under their own security and privacy terms.

4. Taxes, duties and import charges

Any tax or duty collected by Victoria’s Bliss is shown at checkout. Duties, import taxes or carrier fees that are not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility, subject to applicable law. The tax treatment of an order depends on the destination, order value and product.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to another card, bank account or person. Refund timing is governed by our Refund & Return Policy and may also depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

6. Payment questions

For a payment question, contact info@victoriasbliss.be and include the order number. Do not email complete card details, passwords or security codes.
