Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer free standard shipping on all our orders with no minimum value .

Package tracking:

A tracking number is provided for each order 24 hours later. Customers can track the progress of their delivery through our customer service department.

Damaged products or packages not received:

In the event of a damaged product, the customer must provide evidence (photos or videos) by email. The package will then be replaced or refunded.
For packages not received or delayed, the customer must contact customer service by email. Our team will explain the reasons for the delay and ensure that the package is delivered correctly.

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back within 30 days of receiving the product.

Responsibility during transport:
The seller is responsible for the shipment of packages until delivery. In case of any problem, our customer service department will intervene to resolve any situation (delay, tracking, damage).
