Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where Victoria’s Bliss delivers, our shipping charges, estimated delivery times and how delivery issues are handled.

1. Delivery countries

Victoria’s Bliss currently accepts orders for delivery within the European Union and the United Kingdom only.

Orders with delivery addresses outside these destinations cannot be completed at checkout.

2. Shipping charges

Standard shipping costs €5.99 per order.

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is €75 or more, after discounts and before shipping charges.

When checkout displays a local currency, Shopify converts the applicable euro amount. The final shipping charge is always displayed before payment.

We do not currently offer express shipping. Any shipping promotion applies only according to the terms displayed on the website or at checkout.

3. Delivery time

Estimated total delivery time is 3–7 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed appointments.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

4. Order confirmation and tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation containing the tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display the first carrier scan.

5. Delivery address and failed delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate name, delivery address, postal code, country, email address and telephone number.

If any information is incorrect, contact info@victoriasbliss.be immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has begun.

Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt or failure to collect a parcel.

6. VAT, customs duties and import charges

Any taxes or charges collected by Victoria’s Bliss are displayed at checkout.

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom, or products dispatched from outside the destination’s customs territory, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees. These charges depend on the product, order value, country of origin and destination.

Any applicable import charge that is not collected at checkout is the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by applicable law. Victoria’s Bliss does not determine or control charges imposed by customs authorities or delivery carriers.

Customers should contact their local customs authority if they require more information before ordering.

7. Risk of loss

Victoria’s Bliss remains responsible for the goods until they are physically delivered to the customer or to a person nominated by the customer.

This does not apply when the customer independently selects a carrier that was not offered by Victoria’s Bliss. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right.

8. Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If tracking has not updated, a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or an order arrives damaged, contact info@victoriasbliss.be as soon as possible.

Include your order number and photographs of the parcel, product and packaging where relevant.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Please keep all damaged products and packaging until we have responded.

9. Returns

Returns, withdrawal rights and return shipping costs are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning any product. Products must not be returned to the business address unless Victoria’s Bliss has provided written instructions authorising that address.
