Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Victoria’s Bliss collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit https://victoriasbliss.be/, contact us, create an account, place an order or interact with our advertising.
1. Data controller
The controller is Victoria’s Bliss, operated by Victoria Kavoko, Rozenlaan 24, 3930 Hamont-Achel, Belgium. Enterprise number: 1013.937.238. VAT number: BE 1013.937.238. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@victoriasbliss.be or +32 489 12 89 13.
2. Personal data we collect
Identity and contact data, such as name, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number.
Order and transaction data, such as products, price, discounts, delivery status, returns, refunds and payment status. Complete card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Victoria’s Bliss.
Account and communication data, such as login details, customer-service messages, reviews, survey responses and marketing preferences.
Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, cookie identifiers and interaction with the store or advertisements.
Compliance and fraud-prevention data, such as transaction risk signals, records needed for tax, accounting, disputes, chargebacks and legal obligations.
3. How we collect data
We collect data directly from you, automatically through the website and cookies, and from service providers involved in checkout, payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, shipping, analytics and advertising. We may also receive information when you interact with a social platform or advertisement, subject to your settings on that service.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Contract: to operate checkout, accept payment, deliver orders, provide tracking, manage accounts, returns, refunds and customer service.
Legal obligation: to keep tax and accounting records, respond to lawful requests, comply with consumer law, product-safety duties and other applicable requirements.
Legitimate interests: to secure the store, prevent fraud, improve products and service, maintain business records, measure performance and protect legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Consent: to send optional marketing and to use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Service providers and recipients
We share only the data reasonably needed with service providers that help operate the business, including Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, customer-support tools, accountants, professional advisers, cloud hosting, analytics and advertising providers such as Google. We may also share data when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a genuine business transfer. Service providers must process data under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
6. Shopify
The store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes store, device, account and transaction information to provide the ecommerce platform and may act as our processor or as an independent controller for certain activities. Shopify’s own privacy notices provide additional information about its processing.
7. Google analytics and advertising
Where permitted by your consent and applicable law, we may use Google services to measure visits and purchases, understand advertising performance, create audiences and show relevant advertisements. These services can receive device, cookie, browsing, advertising and transaction-event data. You can change non-essential cookie choices through the store’s privacy or cookie controls and can also use the privacy settings offered by Google.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies help the website remember a cart, keep checkout secure, retain preferences, measure performance and support advertising. Essential cookies are used because the store cannot function properly without them. Analytics, personalisation and advertising cookies are controlled according to the consent rules that apply in the visitor’s location. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent ordinary access to the store, although some optional features may be limited.
9. International transfers
Some service providers process data outside Belgium, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where required, transfers use an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard, together with appropriate security measures.
10. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, warranty, disputes and legal claims. Order, invoice, payment and tax records are retained for the period required by Belgian law. Marketing data is kept until you opt out or it is no longer needed, subject to a limited suppression record so we can respect the opt-out.
11. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No online system is completely secure. You should use a strong, unique password and contact us promptly if you believe an account or order has been misused.
12. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. You may also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that has a legal or similarly significant effect.
To exercise a right, email info@victoriasbliss.be. We may ask for information needed to verify identity and protect the account. We will respond within the period required by law. In Belgium, you may complain to the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), or to the competent authority where you live or work.
13. United States privacy choices
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing as those terms are defined by local law. Victoria’s Bliss does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising-cookie activity may be treated as a sale or sharing under certain state laws. Available choices can be exercised through the store’s cookie or privacy controls or by contacting us. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right.
14. Marketing
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. Service messages about an order, account, safety notice or legal change are not marketing and may still be sent when necessary.
15. Children
The store is intended for people with legal capacity to shop online and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child in breach of the age or consent rules that apply. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied data unlawfully should contact us.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, service providers or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Where required, we will give additional notice or request consent.
