Delivery areas

We currently ship to Belgium.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Order cut-off: 5:00 PM CET.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched from our EU fulfilment centre in Germany.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is EUR 5.99. Orders of EUR 75 or more ship free. Express shipping is available at checkout for EUR 30.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your product arrives damaged, email us photos or video at info@victoriasbliss.be and we will replace or refund it. If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us and we will resolve it - we remain responsible for your parcel until it is delivered.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing info@victoriasbliss.be.
